Casnovia Township Fire Dept. has been given a chance for a live burn exercise in the village limits of Bailey.
They will be burning the house at 17777 Pleasant Drive on December 16th starting at 8:00am. Kent City, Moorland, Grant, and Sparta Fire Depts will be there to assist. This will be done in accordance with the rules and regulations of the state. There is a water source on site they will utilize to control the fire.
There is also a training scheduled for Tuesday, December 12th without a live fire.
